DRAWING STUDIO

For those just beginning or returning to art after a long hiatus, this class offers exercises to build your drawing skills. Using a variety of drawing media, students will focus on a different fundamental of drawing each week - proportion, perspective, shading, and line quality. This class is open to students age 12 and up.

Mateials Needed: 11" x 14" drawing pad (good quality such as Strathmore or Canson, kneaded eraser, #2B pencil, #4B pencil

Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:45 pm, Instructor: Denise Ketterer
Spring: May 1 - Jun. 5 (No class May 29, 5 weeks) Fee: $75
Summer: Jul. 10 - Aug. 7 (5 weeks) Fee: $75

DENISE KETTERER has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art Education from Central Connecticut State University and a Masters in Education from Eastern Connecticut State University. She is a highly motivated instructor with over twenty years of teaching experience.
